Reforms to the juvenile justice system are the topic of the day on a new single-issue episode of “Fuller Talks.” Special guest Hon. Jay Blitzman, first justice in the Middlesex County Juvenile Court, joins the panel to discuss the current state of Massachusetts law enforcement as it relates to young people, examine problems in the system and take a look at possible solutions. Tune in for this enlightening discourse when it airs at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m., all on the Public channel (Comcast 9/RCN 13).

Sweden is the destination in a new episode of “Actin’ Up with Mel and Gigi Giraffe,” where Gigi learns about the country’s culture, food and language. And the kid crew welcomes spring with a seasonal poem that they learn how to tell in sign language. Join in the fun when this kid-friendly show airs seven days a week at 3:30 p.m., and Monday through Thursday at 7:30 a.m., all on the Public channel.
