Gardening teacher and writer Betsy Williams recently stopped by Fuller Village to share her expertise on the increasingly popular technique of growing plants in containers, including large fruiting species like cucumbers and tomatoes. Learn the tricks to success from this down-to-earth presentation that is currently airing during the Monday Forum at 6:30 p.m. on the Public channel (Comcast 9/RCN 13).
The Caribbean sounds of the Dorchester-based Tempo International Rhythm Section are featured on the newest episode of “You’ve Got to Have Art.” In addition to performing with some some truly unique instruments, group members sit down with host Jeff Stoodt to talk about the meaning behind their music and its cultural roots. Tune in when this episode airs on the Public channel Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays at 1 p.m. as well as Thursdays at 4 p.m.
