Residents and talented classical musicians Rose Moerchsel, violin, and Rita Moerschel, piano, recently played a concert together at Fuller Village, performing a number of double concertos by composers such as Beethoven and Edward Elgar. This intimate presentation airs on Music Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. on the Public channel (Comcast 9/RCN 13).
 
The state-run deer hunt in the Blue Hills will occur for the third year this November, and Department of Conservation and Recreation officials recently held a public meeting in the MHS auditorium. The session included a presentation about the hunt and DCR’s deer population management program, as well as comments and questions from community members. A full recording of the meeting is currently airing on the Government channel (Comcast 8/RCN 3) at 10 a.m. daily.
