Two of the top officials in town recently stopped by the set of “My Town Matters” to give a concise, half-hour update on the biggest issues in town. Town Administrator Michael Dennehy and Select Board Chair Michael Zullas answered questions from host Frank Schroth on topics such as traffic and parking mitigation, the new trash collection rollout, plans to deal with the budget squeeze, progress on the Hendrie’s site development, and more. Tune in to get up to date on what your town government is working on when this program airs on the Public channel (Comcast 9/RCN 13) Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings at 7:30 p.m.

Eileen Maher is back with a new episode of “Reel Talk,” offering cinema reviews for “John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum,” “Men in Black: International,” “They Shall Not Grow Old,” “Life of Pets 2,” “The Dead Don’t Die” and, currently on Netflix, “Paddleton.” Get your popcorn ready, there’s a lot to watch, but not until after you watch this show, which is currently airing on the Public channel Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 8 p.m..

The school year culminated for Pierce Middle School’s student musicians with a pair of spring concerts that showcased the wide-ranging talent of these young artists. This set of two shows featured classical orchestral performances to chorus and pop, and even some jazz, with the 7th and 8th graders teaming up and the 6th graders having a stage all to themselves. Tune in to the Education channel (Comcast 22/RCN 15) Monday through Thursday at 1 p.m. for the 7th and 8th Grade Spring Concert, and then stick around for the 3:30 p.m. airing of the 6th Grade Spring Concert.

Get your beach reads, everyone, because the warm weather is here. The library is a great place to cool off and pick up a page-turner, and the library’s storytimes are even hitting the road to various locations around town in the coming weeks and months. Make sure to catch the July edition of “The Page Turner” Milton Public Library update to get all the details, along with lots of recommendations, when it airs Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7 a.m. as well as Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m., all on the Public channel.
